There will be a HOA Crime Watch meeting with Officer Tammy Snider on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 @ 19:00(7PM) to 21:00 (9PM) at the following:
Plano Police Substation (Adjacent to Davis Library)

Directions from Creektrails: Take Legacy (West) to Independence Parkway. Turn (Right) onto Independence and move to Left most lane. Turn LEFT on MICARTA DR. The Police substation will be just left of the library
Tammy will be going over helpful tips on making your property less enticing to criminals as well as other topics that concern you. |
** Brinks Home Security and ADT will also be there to offer tips and their home security services. |

| Another Plano HOA is starting a tennis and swim club and will be offering tennis classes and leagues for HOA residents in Plano with several certified tennis professionals. Beginning ladies and kids' classes as well as summer camps will be offered. |  |

| The Annual Home Owners Association (HOA) meeting is scheduled for February 6, 2008 at 7:00 P.M. All homeowners are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at the Carpenter Recreation Center located on Coit Road between Legacy and Spring Creek. During the meeting, the HOA board of directors will present a summary of 2007 activities, the 2007 financial records and the 2008 financial budget for the HOA. The board will also be available to address any issues, concerns, or comments any homeowners may have regarding the Home Owners Association. |  |

| Neighborhood Crime Watch operates under 2 principles: Know your Neighbors and Report Suspicious Activity. If your HOA hasn.t already, the Crime Prevention Unit of the Plano Police Department will help you organize a Crime Watch Area for your HOA. Once the Area is organized, Plano Police Officers will send bulletins to Crime Watch Areas on an as-needed basis. [ more ] |
