| The Annual Home Owners Association (HOA) meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Februrary 4, 2010 from 6:30 P.M. to 7:45 P.M. All homeowners are welcome to attend. The meeting will be held at the Schimelpfenig Library located at Spring Creek and Custer. During the meeting, the HOA Board of Directors will present a summary of 2009 activities, the 2009 financial records, and the 2010 financial budget for the HOA. The Board will also be available to address any issues, concerns, or comments any homeowners may have regarding the HOA or neighborhood Crime Watch. Recent annual meetings have set the direction for HOA improvements. Examples include the playground on the east side of the creek and the iron fence across Legacy. So if you have suggestions for the neighborhood, the annual meeting is a good place to bring them up. |  |
